摘要
高铁列车一级检修传统实验教学方式存在效率低、成本高、异常工况无法再现等问题。针对这一现状,以CRH380B型高铁列车为研究对象,采用3DS MAX创建了高铁列车的三维模型和贴图资源,选取Unity3D为开发平台,对系统的检修交互流程、UI交互界面等进行了设计,构建了教学目的、检修内容、检修操作、检修报告4个功能模块和司机室有电检修、车底无电检修、车厢有电检修等6个检修任务,并采用B/S架构将该系统发布在Web平台上。实践表明,该系统可基于互联网实现远程在线使用,提升了学生的学习兴趣和学习效率。
The traditional experimental teaching methods of high-speed EMU(electric multiple units)maintenance has some problems,such as low efficiency,high cost,unable to reproduce abnormal working conditions,etc.In view of this situation,by taking CRH380B high-speed EMU as the research object,the 3D model and mapping resources of EMUs are created by using 3DS MAX,and the maintenance interaction process and UI interface of the system are designed by selecting Unity3D as the development platform.Four functional modules including teaching purpose,maintenance content,maintenance operation and maintenance report,are constructed.The system has six maintenance tasks such as the maintenance with power in the cab,the maintenance without power under the car,the maintenance with power in the car,etc.,and uses B/S architecture to publish the system on the web platform.Practice shows that the system can realize the remote online use based on the Internet,and improve students’learning interest and learning efficiency.
