摘要
新冠疫情发生后,学前儿童被迫居家隔离。长期单调的居家生活,致使他们出现过度使用电子产品、膳食不均衡、缺乏足够运动及情绪波动等问题。建议家长通过引导学前儿童合理使用电子产品、平衡日常膳食、开展适宜的居家锻炼以及疏导情绪的方式,保障学前儿童在疫情期间的健康成长。
In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak,preschoolers have been forced to stay at home,which has brought challenges such as over-reliance on electronic babysitters,unbalanced diet,lack of adequate exercise and parents'emotional fluctuations affecting the physical and mental health of preschoolers.It is suggested to ensure the healthy growth of preschool children during the epidemic period through reasonable use of electronic products,balanced diet,appropriate exercise and psychological care.
