摘要
基于化学分析与TG-DSC分析有机结合,面向以CaO为关键组分的水泥浆体中的游离氧化钙,进行了水化反应研究。结果表明,在水泥浆体中,膨胀熟料游离氧化钙的反应速度非常快,处于恒温状态时,水胶比0.4的水泥浆体中添加水进行搅拌,2h之后,游离氧化钙水化反应可达到将近30%,在24h之后,水化反应可直接超出50%,在7d之后,水化反应便可完全完成;葡萄糖酸钠缓凝剂可在一定程度上延迟膨胀熟料游离氧化钙的水化反应,但是效果并不显著。
Based on the organic combination of chemical analysis and TG-DSC analysis,the hydration reaction of f-CaO in cement paste with CaO as the key component was studied.The results show that the reaction rate of f-CaO in cement paste is very fast.At constant temperature,add water to the cement paste with a water-to-binder ratio of 0.4 for stirring.After 2 hours,the hydration reaction of f-CaO can reach nearly 30%,after 24 hours,the hydration reaction can directly exceed 50%,after 7 days,the hydration reaction can be completed completely;sodium gluconate retarder can delay the hydration reaction of f-CaO in expanded clinker to a certain extent,but the effect is not significant.
