摘要
利用石灰石中游离氧化钙可与蔗糖结合生成溶解度较大的蔗糖钙,而石灰石中的碳酸钙及其它钙盐不与蔗糖起作用的原理,将其进行分离。建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石灰石中游离氧化钙的方法。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.34%,方法的检出限为1.21μg/mL,加标回收率为97.6%~100.3%。方法快速简捷,准确度高。
The free calcium oxide in limestone can generate sucrose sugar with calcium with higher solubility,and calcium carbonate and other calcium in limestone do not work with sucrose,which leads to the successful separation.The inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry determination of free calcium oxide content in limestone is established.The relative standard deviation of the measured result is 1.34%,the detection limit is 1.21μg/mL and the recovery is 97.6%~100.3%.This approach is convenient with high accuracy.
