摘要
目的:探讨中药联合中医外治法对晚期非小细胞肺癌中医症状及免疫功能的影响。方法:研究对象为2019年10月-2020年10月在本院收治的80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采取中药治疗,观察组在此基础上采取中医外治法进行治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医症状评分及免疫功能指标。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组中医症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组免疫功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采取中药联合外治法进行治疗效果确切,对于改善患者症状和免疫功能具有积极作用,有助于促进患者恢复,值得临床采纳。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on TCM symptoms and immune function of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with external treatment of TCM on the basis.The TCM symptom scores and immune function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TCM external treatment on advanced non-small cell lung cancer is exact,which has a positive effect on improving the symptoms and immune function of patients,and helps to promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
