摘要
儒学是墨学形成的思想渊源,可儒墨两家在教育基本思想及教育实践形态上皆有差异。在教育基本思想上,主要分歧在于天人之际是天命还是天志、国家之治是仁政或是义政、个体之善是仁爱抑或兼爱。两家也怀有共同的现实关切,即实现人性的内在超越、实现国家善治以及培养个体关爱他人的道德品质。在教育实践形态上,两家在道德教育、突破性的教育创举及教育与社会的互动方式上,皆为传统教育作出了独特贡献。现代教育研究仍然承担着为特定价值进行辩护的知识使命,参照儒墨的分歧和共识,在如何平衡社会本位与个性自由、如何兼顾人文情怀和科学理性以及如何培养利他精神等方面,可借鉴其中的合理要素,为教育文化的改良寻获可资使用的传统资源。
Confucianism is the ideological origin of Mohism,but there are differences between the basic educational thoughts and educational practice forms in them.In the basic educational thoughts,the debates lie in the relationship between the nature and the human,the rule of the state and the good of the individual.The two schools also share the common concerns of realizing internal transcendence of human nature,the good governance of the state and cultivating the moral qualities of individuals caring for others.In the form of educational practice,they have made unique contributions to the traditional education in moral education and educational innovation and the interaction between education and society.The modern educational philosophy still bears the knowledge mission to defend the specific value.Referring to the dispute between Confucian and Moist educational thoughts,we can draw lessons from the rational elements in how to balance the social standard and the freedom of individuality,how to consider humanistic feelings and scientific rationality,and how to cultivate the spirit of altruism,so as to search for usable traditional resources for the improvement of educational culture.
