摘要高等教育国际化办学与经济社会发展相辅相成。通过对福建省14所高校国际化办学服务自贸区发展的调查发现:大部分高校将国际化办学服务经济社会发展作为发展战略的重要理念,建立了专门的国际化管理组织机构,探索了国际化办学的多元路径;但同时也存在诸多问题,如国际化战略规划和办学定位不完善、缺乏监督机制、经费投入不足、国际化课程教学整体水平不高、学科专业布局与区域经济的契合度不高、国际化办学服务经济社会发展停留于浅层次等。应通过完善国际化发展规划和办学目标,健全常态化的办学监督机制、多渠道筹措国际化办学经费、提高师生国际化程度、构建国际化的课程体系、建立供需平衡的良性互动机制、构建政校企三方合作机制等多种措施,提升高等教育国际化办学服务经济社会发展质量。 internationalization of higher education and economic and social development complement each other.Through the investigation of 14 colleges and universities in Fujian province,it is found that most of them regard the service of international education for economic and social development as an important concept of development strategy.They establish specialized internationalization management organizations and explore multiple ways of international education.However,there also exist many problems,such as the imperfect international strategic planning and school orientation,the lack of supervision mechanism,the insufficient funding,the lower level of international curriculum teaching,the insufficient discipline layout for the regional economy,and international school services for economic and social development at a shallow level.We should take various measures to improve the service quality of international higher education for economic and social development,through perfecting internationalization development programs and educational goals,improving the normal supervision mechanism for running schools,raising funds for international education through multiple channels,improving the internationalization of teachers and students,building an international curriculum system,and establishing a mechanism for benign interaction between supply and demand and a mechanism for tripartite cooperation between government,university and enterprises.
