摘要
职业精神是一种高层次的精神境界,是教师的职业信仰,是幼儿园教师从事、坚守与奉献幼教事业的动力源泉与精神支撑,是幼儿园教师的灵魂。培育职业精神是现代职教的应有之义,是提高高职学前教育专业学生素质的突破口,高职学前教育专业更需培育学生的职业精神。
Professionalism is a kind of high level spirit,which is the teachers'faith,a powerful and spiritual support for teachers to engage in,stick to,and dedicate to preschool education,and also the soul of kindergarten teachers.Professionalism cultivation is a necessity of modern vocational education and a breakthrough in improving the quality of students of preschool education major.Thus,the cultivation of professionalism is an urgent demand for the students of preschool education major.
