摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压联合敷脐治疗护理法治疗肝硬化腹腔积液的效果。方法收集自2016年3月至2019年2月在我院进行治疗的肝硬化腹腔积液患者270例为研究对象,按照随机原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组135例,对照组采用基础治疗护理法,观察组在基础治疗护理法的基础上介入耳穴贴压联合敷脐的治疗护理法,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用耳穴贴压联合敷脐治疗护理法治疗肝硬化腹腔积液可有效提高患者的临床疗效。
Objective To study and explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with navel application on the treatment of ascites in cirrhosis.Methods A total of 270 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were collected as the study objects.According to the random principle,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.Each group had 135 patients.The control group adopted the basic treatment nursing method.The observation group,based on the basic treatment nursing method,intervened in the treatment nursing method of auricular point sticking combined with umbilical application.Observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with navel application can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with cirrhosis and ascites,which is worthy of clinical application.
