摘要
目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂联合介入在急性心肌梗死患者治疗中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象选取2019年1月至2020年12月笔者所在医院接收的61例急性心肌梗死患者,根据设定条件抽取30例患者列为常规组,抽取30例患者列为研究组。对常规组患者实施冠状动脉腔内形成术治疗,研究组则在急诊介入治疗中心实施血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、冠状动脉腔内形成术综合治疗方案,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在给药前,两组的脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期容积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在给药后,研究组的脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期容积均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者采取血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂联合介入治疗方案,能够有效改善患者的心功能及脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白水平。
Objective To study the effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The subjects were 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction received from January 2019 to December 2020,30 patients were selected according to the set conditions as the routine group and 30 patients were listed as the study group.Patients in the routine group were treated with coronary angiogenesis,while the study group implemented a comprehensive treatment plan of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and coronary angiogenesis at the emergency intervention center.To compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results Before administration,there was no statistically significant difference in brain natriuretic peptide,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic volume,and left ventricular end-diastolic volume between the two groups(P>0.05);after medication,the study group's brain natriuretic peptide,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic volume,and left ventricular end-diastolic volume were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aniotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor for acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the cardiac function and brain sodium peptide and hypersensitivity C reaction protein.
