摘要
采用简易平棚在鄂东南地区连续3年对来源于云南、四川和鄂东南地区的6个羊肚菌菌株进行野外出菇试验。试验结果显示,HS1-HS66个菌株的平均产量依次为1.22 kg·m^(-2)、0.92 kg·m^(-2)、0.43 kg·m^(-2)、0.53 kg·m^(-2)、0.21 kg·m^(-2)、0.31 kg·m^(-2)。根据菇型、菌体颜色和产量等综合判断,6个羊肚菌菌株中,HS_(1)、HS_(2)、HS_(3)、HS_(4)四个菌株值得在鄂东南地区进行大田推广栽培,且菌株HS1和HS2产量最高。同时,对羊肚菌各个栽培环节出现的问题进行了分析讨论,并给出相应建议。
Six Morchella esculenta strains from Yunnan,sichuan and southeastern Hubei province were tested in the field for 3 years in a simple flat shed.The results showed that the average yields of the 6 strains of HS1-HS6 were 1.22 kg·m^(-2),0.92 kg·m^(-2),0.43 kg·m^(-2),0.53 kg·m^(-2)0.21 kg·m^(-2),and 0.31 kg·m^(-2),respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation of mushroom type,mushroom color and yield,among the six M.esculenta strains,HS1,HS2,HS3 and HS4 strains were worth popularizing and cultivating in southeastern Hubei province,and the yield of HS1 and HS2 strain was the highest.At the same time,the problems in each link of M.esculenta cultivation were analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding suggestions were given.
