摘要
目的:了解贵州省省级土源性线虫监测点居民感染现状,掌握其流行规律和影响因素。方法:在贵州省9个市(州)选取27个行政村作为监测点,收集3岁以上常住居民粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法查虫卵,透明胶纸肛拭法查3~12岁儿童蛲虫卵。应用STATA14.2软件进行统计分析,分析比较不同性别、年龄组等人群土源性线虫感染率,率的比较采用x~2检验。结果:共调查13824人,其中感染者1951人,土源性线虫总感染率为14.11%,蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫和儿童蛲虫感染率分别为10.14%、2.55%、2.85%、0.36%。不同性别土源性线虫总感染率差异无统计学意义,不同年龄组、民族、文化程度、职业人群土源性线虫总感染率差异有统计学意义,其中≥60岁年龄组、苗族、文盲/半文盲、学生土源性线虫感染率最高,分别为19.57%、17.68%、16.70%、15.72%。结论:贵州省土源性线虫人群感染水平持续下降但仍处于较高水平,以蛔虫和鞭虫感染为主,女性、老年人、学生应作为土源性线虫防治工作的重点人群,需要继续加强监测。
Objective:To understand the endemic status of soil-transmitted helminth(STH)infection for provincial monitoring site and determine the prevalent risk factors in Guizhou Province.Methods:Total 27 survey sites were selected in 9 cities,each site included all permanent residents with age over 3 years old.Fecal samples were collected form each participant and geohelminth eggs were examined by the Kato-Katz method.A transparent adhesive tape test was used to examine Enterobius vermicularis in children with 3 to 12 years old.The collected data were statistically analyzed using STATA 14.2 software.Resident infection rate was analyzed of different gender,age groups,Chi square test was used to compare the rates.Results:A total of 13824 residents were investigated,among them 1951 people were found to be infection with STH with average infection rate of 14.11%.The prevalence of Ascaris lumbricoides,hookworm,whipworm and pinworm among children aged 3 to 12 years old were 10.14%,2.55%,2.85%,0.36%,respectively.There was no significant different in the prevalent of STH between males and females.Generally,the prevalent of STH infection in different age groups increased with age,with the highest infection rate in old people of≥60 years old,with statistical difference compared to other age groups.From the nationality distribution,degree of education and occupation point of view,infection rates of Miao people(17.68%),Illiteracy(16.70%),student(15.72%)were much higher than that of other people,respectively.Conclusion:The infection rate of STH in Guizhou Province has continuously declined,but it was at a high prevalent level.The main parasite species are roundworm and whipworm and the female,elder people,student were the key population to surveillance for the prevention and control of STH.
