2016年大英县土源性线虫监测情况分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Surveillance of Soil-transmitted Nematode in Daying County in 2016

摘要 目的了解大英县土源性线虫感染情况,为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法2016年按照地理方位抽取5个镇各1个村,每村3周岁以上常住居民200人,采用改良加藤厚涂片法,一粪两检,检查土源性线虫卵;3~9周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果全县共监测1000人,土源性线虫总感染率为10.20%,其中男性土源性线虫感染率为8.80%,女性感染率为11.60%;其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫感染率分别为8.50%、2.00%和0.40%,蛲虫涂片43人,查出蛲虫虫卵7人,感染率为16.27%;15~24岁组感染率最高,为14.28%。结论大英县居民土源性线虫总感染率低于2015年全国寄生虫病流行病学调查水平,但是钩虫感染率比较高,这与大英县农民常用新鲜大便作肥料浇灌田地,劳动自我防护意识不强等情况相符。 Objective To understand the infection of native nematodes in Daying county,and to provide the basis for formulating the strategies and measures of prevention and control. Methods There about 5 towns were monitored according to the geographically in 2016,we selected one village from each town,the modified Kato thick smear method was used to check the eggs of soil-transmitted nematodes with tests twice. Children aged 3 to 9 years old had one more test of transparent adhesive paper anal swab method to detect eggs.Results A total of 1 000 people were monitored,and the total infection rate of indigenous nematodes was 10. 20 %.The infection rate of men was 8. 80%,and the infection rate of women was 11. 6%. Among them,the infection rates of hookworms,locusts,and flagella were 8. 50 %,2. 00 % and 0. 40 %,respectively.There were 43 pinworm smears,and the pinworm eggs were detected from 7 samples.The infection rate was 16. 27 %. The highest prevalence rate was 14. 28% of the group of 15 to 24-year-old.Conclusion The total infection rate of native nematodes in Daying county was lower than the rate of infection of soil nematode samples from the 2015 national parasitic epidemiological survey,but the infection rate of hookworm was relatively high.This situation is correspond with the farmers often use fresh stool as fertilizer to irrigate the fields,and lack of the awareness of self-prevention.
