摘要
针对国内检测机构尚没有开展临界直流负载电流试验的问题,提出低压断路器临界直流负载电流试验方案,通过对断路器分断原理分析、试验装置的搭建以及试验考核要求的分析探讨断路器临界直流负载电流,得到了断路器型式试验考察临界直流负载电流的方法,对今后检测机构开展临界直流负载电流试验具有实际参考意义。
In view of the problem that the domestic detection institution has not yet carried out the critical DC load current test,the critical DC load current test scheme for low voltage circuit breaker is put forward in this paper.The critical DC load current of circuit breaker is discussed by analyzing breaking principle of the circuit breaker,the construction of test device and the test assessment requirements,then method of examining the critical DC load current in circuit breaker type test is obtained,which is of practical reference significance for the future detection mechanism to carry out the critical DC load current test.
