摘要
针对轨道交通用直流空气断路器及其磁吹系统,利用2kV/30 k A直流断流冲击试验回路,对小电流开断过程进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,磁吹系统能够辅助断路器成功完成小电流开断,并且存在开断时间最长的临界电流。此外在电流反向时,铁磁材料的剩磁使开断时间变长。试验研究对小电流开断难题的解决和磁吹系统的研制有着重要的指导意义。
Aiming at DC air circuit breaker used for rail transit and its magnetic blow out system,this paper experimentally researched the small current breaking process by using 2kV /30kA DC blocking impulse test circuit.The results indicate that the magnetic blow out system can assist the breaker to complete the small current breaking and there is a critical current with the longest breaking time.What 's more,the remanence of ferromagnetic material makes the breaking time longer when the current reverses.The proposed research has an important guide significance for solving the difficult problem of small curent breaking and development of magnetic blow out system.
