摘要 取物器已广泛应用于日常生活工作中,针对取物器结构进行了改进和优化,并基于Solid Works软件对取物器工作时的状态进行了静应力仿真分析。改进的取物器利用三角操纵和夹持折叠装置,提高了夹头的综合力学性能,延长了取物器的使用寿命,使取物器在具备基本取物功能的同时,扩大了可拾取物品的角度和范围;放置于可折叠杆内的可转角视物镜能够使拾物者更好地观察物品,同时便于携带与收纳。改进的取物器操作方便,夹持牢靠,能更好地为人们的工作和生活提供便利。 The extractor is widely used in people′s daily life;in this paper,structure of the extractor is improved and optimized,while the simulation analysis in static stress state is carried out based on the SolidWorks software.The improved extractor uses triangular clamping and folding device to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the collet and prolong the service life of the extractor,which would enlarge the angle and scope of picking objects in addition to the fundamental function of picking up objects.The objective lens with adjustable angle installed in the collapsible lever enables people to observe the object conveniently,and it is also easy to carry and store.The modified extractor is easy for operation and can improve the security,which will facilitate people′s work and life.
