连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸片材的性能研究

摘要 采用熔融浸渍工艺制备了连续玻璃纤维增强PP预浸片材。研究了阻燃剂用量和纤维方向对预浸片材性能的影响。结果表明:该预浸片材孔隙率低,厚度均匀性较好,拉伸强度高,氧指数随着阻燃剂含量的增加而逐渐增加,其中,0°方向的预浸片材的氧指数和阻燃等级均大于90°方向的。 The continuous glass fiber reinforced PP prepreg sheet was prepared by the melt dipping process.The effect of flame retardant dosage and fiber direction on the properties of prepreg were studied.The oxygen index of the prepreg sheet gradually increases with the increase of the flame retardant content,and the oxygen index and flame retardant grade of the prepreg sheet in the 0°direction are both greater than those of the pregreg sheet in the 90°direction.
