摘要
为探究游泳运动对青少年身体协调性的促进效果,该文选取11~13岁青少年40人(男、女各20人)为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实验测试法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,进行12周的游泳训练分组实验,研究结论:(1)11~13岁青少年除遗传因素外,游泳运动可以有效促进青少年身体协调发展;(2)游泳运动能够促进青少年的上下肢及全身的运动配合能力。
In order to explore the promotion effect of swimming on teenagers’physical coordination,this paper selects 40 adolescents aged 11~13 years(20 men and women each)as the research object,using the methods of literature review,experimental test,logical analysis and other main research methods,and carries out a 12 week swimming training group experiment.The research conclusion:(1)Except for genetic factors,swimming can effectively promote the physical coordination of adolescents young people develop harmoniously;(2)Swimming can promote the coordination ability of upper and lower limbs and whole body of teenagers.
