摘要
本文基于真空-堆载联合预压法在印尼某燃煤发电厂应用实例,对地表沉降、分层沉降、膜下真空度及孔隙水压力、地下水位等现场实测数据及检测资料进行分析,结合三点法和分层总和法对预压固结度进行评估,采用分层总和法计算使用荷载作用下B3-2区域工后沉降。分析表明,处理后地基承载力特征值提高1倍,十字板抗剪强度提高3倍,使用荷载作用下B3-2区域工后沉降为147.4 mm,工后沉降满足设计要求。现项目已顺利建成投产使用。
In this paper,the effect of vacuum-surcharge preloading on a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia is analyzed.The field monitoring data which include surface settlement,stratified settlement,vacuum degree,pore water pressure,groundwater level,and the field detection is presented and analyzed.The three-point method and layer-wise summation method are used in analyzing the degree of consolidation of this project.The post-construction settlement of the area B3-2 of the ground surface is calculated by the layer-wise summation method.The study shows that the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity is increased by 1 time and the vane shear strength is increased by 3 times.The post-construction settlement of the ground surface is 147.4 mm in the area B3-2,and meets the design requirements.The project has been successfully completed.
