土压平衡盾构渣土改良的合理坍落度研究 被引量:16

摘要 依据具体工程开展了盾构改良渣土的室内试验和现场试验,建立了改良土坍落度值与十字板抗剪强度的试验和理论关系,把坍落度值转化为强度指标,以十字板抗剪强度为中间变量,为建立坍落度值与盾构施工参数间关系提供了依据。进一步地得到了标准坍落度筒与小型圆柱形坍落度筒测试结果的理论关系,实现了小型圆柱形筒坍落度与标准筒坍落度结果的转化,简化了坍落度筒试验。最后,根据实际工程以达到合理掘进速度为目标,给出了一个依据现场盾构施工参数的反馈结果确定改良渣土的最佳坍落度的方法,为砂性地层土压平衡盾构的泡沫注入量的科学管理提供了一个系统的方法。 The laboratory and field tests of shield modified soil are carried out according to specific projects,and the experimental and theoretical relationship between the slump value of modified soil and the shear strength of cross plate is established,and the slump value is converted into the strength index,taking the shear strength of cross plate as the intermediate variable,which provides a basis for establishing the relationship between slump value and shield construction parameters. Furthermore,the theoretical relationship between the test results of standard cylinder slump and small cylinder slump is obtained,and the conversion between the results of small cylinder slump and standard cylinder slump is realized,which simplifies the slump cylinder test. Finally,according to the actual project to achieve the reasonable driving speed as a goal,a method based on the feedback results of the construction parameters of the site to determine the optimal slump of the improved soil is presented,which provides a systematic method for the scientific management of the foam injection amount of the earth pressure balance shield in the sandy stratum.
