摘要
重大疫情给武汉大学生带来了深远影响,而中医药守正创新的生动实践,引发武汉大学生对中医药认知态度的变化。分析新冠疫情前后武汉大学生对中医药认知态度变化,为引导大学生形成对中医药价值的共识及更好地发挥中医药的作用提供依据。通过对武汉市部分高校不同年级、不同专业背景的大学生发放网络问卷,随机抽样调查445人,运用交叉分析法、描述性分析法分析数据。结果发现受访大学生主要通过网络社交媒体(77.2%)获得中医药资讯;在新冠疫情发生后,受访大学生中有89.3%的人对中医药的认知态度有了积极变化;医学类专业大学生(69.2%)较非医学类专业大学生(59.2%)对中医药有更高的信任度,经过疫情医学专业大学生(46.2%)较非医学类专业大学生(31.1%)自认对中医的辨证论治有更深入的理解;武汉大学生普遍对中医药优缺点的认识较为有限。得出疫情防控中中医药发挥的独特作用是改变大学生对中医药认知的关键点;大力发挥中医药在治病救人方面的重要作用,可以优化大学生乃至社会对中医药的良好认知;发挥医药从业人员的主体作用,有利于提升全社会对中医药能力的认同感;增强网络社交媒体对中医药基础知识的宣传,有利于提升公众中医药素养,形成对中医药价值的共识,对于提高中医药文化自信具有重要意义。
Serious epidemics have a profound impact on college students in Wuhan,and the vivid practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 has triggered a change in the cognitive attitude of college students in Wuhan to traditional Chinese medicine.Analyze the status of Wuhan university students’cognition and attitude towards Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)before and after the COVID-19,and to provide a basis for guiding university students to form a consensus on the value of Chinese medicine and to give better play to the role of TCM.A network questionnaire was distributed to college students of different stages and different professional backgrounds in some universities in Wuhan,445 people were randomly sampled,and the data were analyzed by cross-analysis and descriptive analysis.The results showed that 77.2%of the students got TCM information through social media;after the outbreak of the COVID-19,89.3%of the college students had a positive change in their attitude towards TCM;compared with non-medical students(31.1%),medical college students(69.2%)had higher confidence in TCM than non-medical college students(59.2%),46.2%of the epidemic medical students had a better understanding of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,and Wuhan university students generally have a limited understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine.The unique function of TCM in the epidemic situation is the key point to change the cognition of TCM among college students.Giving full play to the important role of TCM in treating diseases and saving people can optimize the college students’and even the society’s good cognition of TCM.Giving full play to the main role of medical practitioners is conducive to promoting the whole society’s identification with the ability of TCM.Enhancing the propaganda of the basic knowledge of TCM through the social media on the Internet is helpful to improve the public’s quality of TCM,forming a consensus on the value
