摘要
目的通过评估热室中热习服训练效果,为建立热室并热习服训练提供依据。方法选择南方部队某部新兵做热耐力检测,在温度40℃相对湿度40%的室内环境中,跑步机坡度2°、速度5 km/h,跑步2 h进行耐力评估。核心温度>38.5℃,心率>150次/min,且持续3 min为热耐力不良。将热耐力不良人员9人中的5人分为主动热习服训练组,其余4人分为被动热习服组。主动热习服训练组主动热习服训练采用热耐力评估相同方法每日在热室中训练2 h连续7 d;被动热习服组被动热习服训练,热室温度40℃~45℃,相对湿度40%,每日热室中静坐4 h连续7 d。试验中监测直肠温度及心率,计算生理应激指数(physiological stress index,PSI)。结果主动热习服训练7 d后热耐力检测合格。被动热习服训练7 d后热耐力检测合格。试验1组及试验2组训练前后生理应激指数均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。主动热习服训练及被动热习服训练7 d后PSI比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.343)。结论主动热习服训练及被动热习服训练均可达到提高热耐力作用,主动热习服训练与被动热习服训练效果比较差异不显著。
Objective To provide data for the establishment of heat rooms and the training of heat acclimation by assessing the training effect of heat acclimation in heat rooms.Methods The heat endurance of recruits from troops in the south was tested.In an indoor environment of 40℃and 40%relative humidity,the treadmill slope was 2 degrees,the speed was 5 km/h,and the endurance was evaluated for 2 hours.Core temperature>38.5℃,heart rate>150 times and lasting 3 minutes were regarded as poor heat tolerance.Five of the nine subjects with poor heat tolerance were divided into the active heat acclimation training group(experimental group A),and the remaining four were assigned to the passive heat acclimation group(experimental group B).The active heat acclimation training group was trained for seven days in the heat room using the same method as heat endurance assessment.The passive heat acclimatization group was required to sit still for four hours each of the seven days in a heat room at a temperature of 40℃-45℃and a relative humidity of 40%.The rectal temperature and heart rate were monitored during the experiment,while the physiological stress index(PSI)was calculated.Results The active heat acclimation training group passed the heat endurance test after 7 days of training,so did the.passive heat acclimation group.The physiological stress indexes of the two groups were improved after training,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the PSI between the two groups(P=0.343).Conclusion Both active heat acclimation training and passive heat acclimation training can improve heat endurance.There is no significant difference between them in terms of training effect.
