摘要
基于问题解决为导向的教学方法,为食品类课程教学提供了新的教学方向,实现了教学内容的有效拓展,对培养社会综合性人才、满足国际工程认证培养人才需求具有重要意义。鉴于此,对工程认证背景下食品类课程教学面临的改革要点、教学面临的问题、教学方法的改革与创新途径进行了阐述,并从课前问题导入、课中问题介入、课后问题反馈的问题导向教学方法,以及基于问题解决为导向的个体差异教学等层面分析了教学方法的创新,以期为食品类课程教学方法的改革与创新研究有所帮助。
The solution-oriented problem solving method provides a new teaching direction for food courses,and effectively expands the teaching content.It is of great significance for cultivating comprehensive social talents and training them to meet the needs of international engineering education accreditation.In view of this,the paper expounds the reform focuses,existing problems,reform and innovation approaches of the teaching methods of food courses under the background of engineering education accreditation,and analyzes the innovation of teaching methods from the aspects of solution-oriented problem solving such as problem introduction before class,problem-solving in class,feedback after class,and individual-based problem-solving process in teaching.The study is expected to benefit the reform and innovation of teaching methods of food courses.
