摘要
小青龙汤是《方剂学》解表剂中治疗外感风寒、寒饮内停而致喘咳之常用方,出自东汉张仲景《伤寒论》,由麻黄、芍药、细辛、炙甘草、干姜、桂枝、五味子、半夏8味药组成,具有解表散寒,温肺化饮之功效,主治外寒内饮证,包括恶寒发热,头身疼痛,无汗,喘咳,痰涎清稀而量多,胸痞,或干呕,或痰饮喘咳,不得平卧,或身体疼重,头面四肢浮肿,舌苔白滑,脉浮,广泛应用于呼吸、循环、消化系统以及其他多个系统疾病的治疗,其中过敏性疾病的治疗疗效更佳。现代药理研究表明小青龙汤具有良好的抗过敏、抗炎、止咳平喘等作用。本研究以实验研究和临床研究为切入点,对近10年小青龙汤在药理及临床方面的相关研究进展作一综述,以期为经典名方更好地服务于临床提供借鉴。
Xiaoqinglong decoction is a commonly used prescription for the treatment of exogenous wind-cold and asthma and cough caused by the cold fluid-retention in the“Prescriptions”.It is from Zhang Zhongjing′s“Shang Han Lun”in the Eastern Han Dynasty,which has Herbra Ephedrae,paeonia lactiflora manchurian wildginger,licorice,ginger,cassia twig,schisandra,Pinellia 8 herb composition,and has the effects of dispelling cold and relieving exterior,warming the lung to reduce watery phleym.It is widely used in the treatment of the disease of respiratory,circulatory and digestive systems,among which the treatment of allergic diseases is more effective.Modern pharmacological researches showed that xiaoqinglong decoction has good anti-allergic,anti-inflammatory,anti-cough and anti-asthmatic effects.This research takes experimental researches and clinical researches as the entry point,and summarizes the relevant research progress of xiaoqinglong decoction in pharmacology and clinical aspects in the past 10 years,hoping to provide reference for the famous classic prescriptions to better serve the clinic.
