摘要
中欧班列是国家推动"一带一路"倡议的重要载体和抓手,而集结中心建设,是中欧班列高质量发展的重要举措。本文在阐述中欧班列整体情况、五个集结中心的开行现状,在中欧班列集结中心面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,就中欧班列目前存在的货运不足、返程空车、运行成本偏高、运行效率偏低和中欧部分铁路段重叠产生恶性竞争等问题,针对性地提出了建设中欧班列集结中心的四大类建议。
The China-Europe Railway Express is an important carrier and focus for the country to promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,and the construction of the assembly center is an important measure for the highquality development of the China-Europe Railway Express.Based on the overall situation of the China-Europe Express,the current status of the five assembly centers,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the assembly centers of the ChinaEurope Express,this article proposes four suggestions for the assembly centers of the China-Europe Express in terms of current problems such as shortage of freight,return empty,high operating costs,low operating efficiency and vicious competition due to the overlap of certain railway sections between China and Europe.
