摘要
目的探讨子痫前期患者心理韧性及家庭功能水平现状,并分析心理韧性水平与家庭功能水平的相关性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月河南省平顶山市第一人民医院收治的70例子痫前期患者作为研究对象。所有患者均在入院后次日评估心理韧性[中文版心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)]水平与家庭功能[家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)]水平,并分析子痫前期患者心理韧性水平与家庭功能水平的相关性。结果70例子痫前期患者中,家庭功能严重障碍的共12例(17.14%),中度障碍共23例(32.86%),良好共35例(50.00%);家庭功能严重障碍患者的乐观、自强、坚韧及CD-RISC总分最低,其次为家庭功能中度障碍、家庭功能良好的乐观、自强、坚韧及CD-RISC总分最高,3组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析结果显示,子痫前期患者心理韧性水平与家庭功能水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者心理韧性水平与家庭功能水平呈正相关,即患者心理韧性水平越高,家庭功能水平越好。
Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological resilience and family function level in patients with preeclampsia,and to analyze the correlation between psychological resilience level and family function level.Methods Seventy patients with preeclampsia admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan City from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were assessed the levels of psychological resilience[Chinese version of Connor-Davidson psychological resilience Scale(CD-RISC)]and family function[family adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve(APGAR)]on the next day after admission,and the correlation between psychological resilience level and family function level of patients with preeclampsia was analyzed.Results Among 70 patients with preeclampsia,12(17.14%)had severe family dysfunction,23(32.86%)had moderate family dysfunction,and 35(50.00%)had good family function.The patients with severe family dysfunction had the lowest total score of optimism,self-improvement,psychological resilience and CD-RISC.Secondly,the family moderate dysfunction,good family function optimism,self-improvement,tenacity and CD-RISC total score were the highest.Compared among the three groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through Kendall’s tau-b correlation analysis,the results showed that there was a positive correlation between psychological resilience level and family function level in patients with preeclampsia(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience level and family function level in patients with preeclampsia,that is to say,the higher the level of psychological resilience of patients,the better the level of family function.
