摘要
目的探讨重度子痫前期(SPE)患者心理弹性与家庭关怀度的相关性。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选择2018年11月至2020年11月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的100例SPE患者作为研究对象,于患者出院时运用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)分别评估患者心理弹性、家庭关怀度情况,同时询问并记录患者一般资料。采用Pearson相关检验分析心理弹性与家庭关怀度的相关性,并通过分层回归分析探讨心理弹性的影响因素。结果100例SPE患者出院时,CD-RISC平均得分为(47.88±2.71)分,APGAR平均得分为(3.05±1.19)分;SPE患者CD-RISC量表各维度评分及总分与APGAR各维度评分及总分均呈正相关(P<0.05);分层回归显示,住院时间较长、家庭关怀度均是SPE患者心理弹性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论SPE患者心理弹性与家庭关怀度呈正相关,家庭关怀度是影响SPE患者心理弹性的影响因素。
Objective To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and family care degree in patients with severe preeclampsia(SPE).Methods One hundred patients with SPE admitted to Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)and family care degree index questionnaire(Apgar)were used to evaluate the psychological resilience and family care degree of patients at the time of discharge,at the same time,the general data of patients were inquired and recorded.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between psychological resilience and family care degree,the influencing factors of psychological resilience were investigated by hierarchical regression analysis.Results The average CD-RISC score of 100 patients with SPE at discharge was(47.88±2.71)points,average APGAR score was(3.05±1.19)points.The score of each dimension and the total score of CD-RISC in patients with SPE were positively correlated with score of each dimension and the total score of APGAR(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression showed that long hospitalization time and family care degree were the influencing factors of psychological resilience of SPE patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience of SPE patients is positively correlated with family care degree.Family care degree is the influencing factor of psychological resilience of SPE patients.
