摘要
实践共同体作为一种与正式的行政管理组织机制截然不同的非正式、开放性组织形态,在推动新时期区域教育信息化深入发展中具有独特的优势和不可替代的作用。以教育部2018和2019年度“教育信息化教学应用实践共同体”项目为例,针对项目实施过程中存在的不足和问题,首先系统梳理了实践共同体概念发展的两个阶段,接着从作为一种推动区域教育信息化发展和组织变革管理工具的概念框架视角,总结了成熟的信息化教学应用实践共同体所应具备的五个关键特征;结合已有研究和项目实施过程中的成功经验,构建了信息化教学应用实践共同体的运行结构;最后从目标选择、结构设计、机制创新、文化再造和技术赋能五个方面提出了信息化教学应用实践共同体实施的改进建议。
As an informal and open organizational form that is totally different from the formal administrative mechanism,community of practice has unique advantages and irreplaceable roles in promoting the in-depth development of regional education informatization in the new era.Taking the"Community of Practice for Teaching Application of Educational Informatization"project of the Ministry of Education in 2018 and 2019 as an example,two stages of the development of the concept of community of practice are first systematically summarized in view of the deficiencies and problems in the implementation of the project.Then,from the perspective of conceptual framework as a management tool to promote the development of regional education informatization and organizational change,this paper summarizes five key features of a mature community of practice for informatization teaching.Combined with the successful experience in the existing research and project implementation,the operation structure of community of practice in the application of informatization teaching is constructed.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the implementation of community of practice in the application of informatization teaching from five aspects:goal selection,structure design,mechanism innovation,cultural reconstruction and technology empowerment.
