摘要
在这次全球新冠疫情大流行中,数字经济表现出了强有力的韧性,线上教育、线上医疗、电子商务等服务的应用,对促进经济稳定发挥着重要的作用。数字经济将成为发展中国经济的新动能,成为国家创新战略的重要支撑。本文对数字经济含义、数字经济指标体系进行了综述,并分析了指标体系的差异;以期在数字经济活动的研究,提供衡量数字经济发展水平的参考及其在各领域中发挥的作用。
In the COVID-19 pandemic, the digital economy has shown strong resilience. The application of online education, online medical care, e-commerce and other services plays an important role in promoting economic stability. The digital economy will become a new driving force for China’s economic development and an important support for the country’s innovation strategy. This paper summarizes the meaning of digital economy and index system of digital economy, and analyzes the differences of index system. In order to provide a reference to measure the development level of digital economy and its role in various fields in the study of digital economic activities.
