摘要
目的观察结直肠癌(CRC)术后化疗患者应对方式的影响因素,指导临床合理改善患者应对方式。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月符合条件的182例CRC患者作为研究对象,患者均接受手术及术后化疗,收集患者资料,于术后化疗期间评估患者应对方式,根据评估结果将患者分为应对方式消极组和应对方式积极组,单因素及多因素分析CRC术后化疗患者应对方式的影响因素。结果182例CRC术后化疗患者中,应对方式消极56例,应对方式积极126例;单因素及多因素分析结果显示,文化程度低、TNM分期高、合并肠造口、家庭人均月收入低及社会支持低是CRC术后化疗患者应对方式消极的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论CRC术后化疗患者应对方式消极受文化程度低、TNM分期高、合并肠造口、家庭人均月收入低、社会支持低影响,这些因素应引起临床重视。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of coping style in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)undergoing postoperative chemotherapy,so as to improve the coping style.Methods A total of 182 patients with CRC who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were treated by surgery and postoperative chemotherapy,and the clinical data of patients were collected.Moreover the coping styles were evaluated during postoperative chemotherapy,according to the evaluation results,the patients were divided into negative coping style group(n=56)and positive coping style group(n=126),and univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors on coping style of postoperative chemotherapy.Results Of the 182 patients,56 cases took negative coping style and 126 cases took positive coping style.The univariate analysis and multivariate analysis results showed that low education levels,high TNM stage,combined with enterostomy,low per capita monthly income of family and low social support were the negative influencing factors on coping style in patients with CRC undergoing postoperative chemotherapy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The negative coping style in CRC patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is affected by low education level,high TNM stage,combined with enterostomy,low per capita monthly income of family and low social support,therefor,these factors should be paid much attention to in clinical practice.
