摘要
以2种洋桔梗切花“巴波亚”(Eustoma grandiflorum(Raf.)‘Balboa’)和“回音”(Eustoma grandiflorum(Raf.)‘Echo’)为试验材料,用八角和桂皮两种中药材提取液为瓶插液,以蒸馏水组为对照组,测定切花瓶插寿命、鲜重、吸水量、失水量、水分平衡值、花径、TDS(水中可溶解性固体物含量)以及EC(水的电导率)等相关生理指标。结果表明:八角提取液的水中固体物含量及电导率值的变化率均小于桂皮提取液和对照蒸馏水;八角提取液对瓶插液中微生物的抑制效果也最优,可有效减少水中微生物对花杆的破坏概率,更有益于切花对水分的吸收;八角提取液处理的花径和水平平衡最大值出现最晚。综上,八角提取液对切花洋桔梗瓶插寿命的增加有一定效果。
Two cut flowers(Eustoma grandiflorum(Raf.)‘Balboa’)and(Eustoma grandiflorum(Raf.)‘Echo’)were used as the experimental materials,two kinds of Chinese herbal extracts of anise and cinnamon as the bottle solution,and distilled water as the control.The vast life,fresh weight,water absorption,water loss,water balance value,flower diameter,TDS(Total Dissolved Solids)and EC(Electrical Conductivity of Water)were measured.The results showed that:the change rate of solid content and conductivity value in the water of aniseed extract was lower than that of cinnamon extract and the control distilled water;The inhibition effect of aniseed extract on microorganism in vast liquid was significantly better than that of the control distilled water and cinnamon extract,which could effectively reduce the damage probability of microorganism to flower stalk,and was more conducive to water absorption of cut flower;The flower diameter and the maximum value of horizontal equilibrium appeared the latest.In conclusion,aniseed extract has a certain effect on the vase life of cut flower Eustoma grandiflorum.
