摘要
[目的]研究连作对菊花物质积累、根际土壤化学性质、养分含量及酶活性的影响,探究根际土壤酶活性及其与土壤化学性质之间的关系。[方法]以连作菊花根际土壤为对象,以无连作(CK)、连作2年(CM2)、连作9年(CM9)的菊花及其根际土壤为研究对象,测定菊花物质积累、根际土壤化学性质及酶活性。[结果]经长期(9年)连作,菊花地上、地下干物质积累较对照分别降低47%、44%。菊花根际土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量较对照分别提高64%、74%、348%、67%。随着连作年限的增加,蛋白酶活性逐渐升高;纤维素酶、脲酶、硝酸还原酶活性逐渐下降;亚硝酸还原酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性均先下降后上升。[结论]纤维素酶、脲酶、蛋白酶、硝化还原酶及亚硝酸还原酶与pH、有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾等土壤化学性质之间存在显著相关性。连作导致菊花物质积累降低、根际土壤养分失调、酶活性紊乱。该结果能为菊花连作的形成原因和有效防治提供参考。
[Objective]The research focused on the effects of continuous cropping on Chrysanthemum morifolium biomass accumulation,rhizosphere soil chemical properties,nutrient content,and enzyme activity.[Method]C.morifolium plants and their rhizosphere soils under three treatments were studied:no continuous cropping(CK),2-years continuous cropping(CM2),and 9-years continuous cropping(CM9).C.morifolium biomass accumulation,rhizosphere soil chemical properties,and enzyme activity were measured.[Results]After 9 years of continuous cropping,aboveground and belowground biomass accumulation of C.morifolium decreased by 47%and 44%,compared to the control.Organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium content in the rhizosphere soil increased by 64%,74%,348%,and 67%,respectively,compared to the control.With increasing years of continuous cropping,protease activity gradually increased.While cellulase,urease,and nitrate reductase activities decreased.Nitrite reductase,phosphatase,and catalase activities initially decreased and then increased.The relative analysis showed that soil chemical properties such as pH,organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium resulted in changes of soil activities.[Conclusion]The study demonstrated that continuous cropping led to reduced C.morifolium biomass accumulation,imbalanced soil nutrient content,and disrupted enzyme activity in the rhizosphere soil.These results provide insights into the causes and effective prevention of continuous cropping in C.morifolium cultivation.
