摘要
为有效解决烟草仓储环境中的霉菌污染问题,通过抑菌圈实验对丁香、肉桂、山苍子三种植物精油的防霉活性进行了研究。结果显示,三种植物精油对烟草仓储墙面霉菌的抑制作用均显示出显著的浓度依赖性。三种精油中,肉桂精油表现出最佳的抑霉活性,其次是山苍子精油,丁香精油的抑霉活性相对较弱,另外,以1∶1质量比复配三种精油所得复方表现出最佳的抑霉活性。肉桂、山苍子、丁香三种植物精油具有进一步开发为安全、高效的烟草仓储防霉剂的潜力。
In order to effectively solve the problem of mold pollution in the tobacco storage environment,this paper studied the anti-mold activity of three essential oils of clove,cinnamon and litsea cubeba through the inhibition zone experiment.The results showed that the inhibitory effects of the three plant essential oils on tobacco storage wall molds all showed a significant concentration-dependent.Among the three natural plant essential oils,cinnamon essential oil showed the best antifungal activity,followed by litsea cubeba essential oil.The antifungal activity of clove oil is relatively weak,in addition,the compound obtained by compounding three essential oils in a 1∶1 volume ratio shows the best antifungal activity.The above results indicate that the three essential oils of cinnamon,litsea cubeba and clove have the potential to be further developed as safe and efficient tobacco storage antifungal agents.
