摘要
以马来酸酐和甲醇为原料用微波辐射的方法一步合成富马酸二甲酯.结果表明,此方法反应时间短,产率达87.1%.最佳反应条件为:微波辐射功率480 W,催化剂硫酸用量为6%,盐酸用量为10%,醇酐物质的量比为6∶1,微波辐射时间20 min.
Dimethyl Fumarate is synthesized by esterification of maleic anhydride and methanol under microwave radiation on one-step method. The results show the nethod has the advantage of less reactron time,and under optimal conditions, the yield of the product could reach 87.1%. The optimal conditions are as follows, power of microwave radiation:480 W, Catalyst:H2SO4 6% , HCI:10% , molar ratio of alcohol to anhydride 6 : 1, microwave radiation time: 20 min.
