摘要
目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16/18型感染对患者前列腺癌发病的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年5月间陕西省榆林市第一医院收治的104例前列腺癌患者为前列腺癌组,另选取同期收治的100例前列腺增生患者为前列腺增生组。所有标本均通过超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺取得,以聚合酶链反应结合反向点杂交(PCR-RDB)检测前列腺标本中HPV16/18 DNA的表达情况。结果前列腺癌组和前列腺增生组HPV16阳性表达率分别为25.0%和6.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV18阳性表达率分别为24.0%和4.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV16/18总阳性率分别为44.2%和10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPV16/18在TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期患者的阳性表达率为51.7%,高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者的34.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移患者HPV16/18阳性表达率为58.8%,高于非淋巴结转移患者的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者癌组织中HPV16/18阳性率高,HPV16/18表达与患者临床分期和淋巴转移有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)16/18 infection on the incidence of prostate cancer in patients.Methods A total of 104 patients with prostate cancer who were admitted to Yulin First Hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were enrolled in a prostate cancer group.In addition,100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled in a prostatic hyperplasia group.All specimens were obtained by ultrasound-guided perineal prostate puncture.Polymerase chain reaction combined with reverse dot blot(PCR-RDB)was used to detect the expression of HPV16/18 DNA in prostate specimens.Results The positive expression rates of HPV16 was 25.0%and 6.0%,respectively in the prostate cancer group and the benign prostatic hyperplasia group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of HPV18 was 24.0%and 4.0%,respectively in the prostate cancer group and the benign prostatic hyperplasia group(P<0.05).The overall positive rate of HPV16/18 was 44.2%and 10.0%,respectively(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of HPV16/18 was 51.7%in TNM Ⅲ to Ⅳ patients,which was higher than 34.8%of TNM Ⅰ to Ⅱ patients(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of HPV16/18 was 58.8%in patients with lymph node metastasis,which was higher than 16.7%of patients with non-lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of HPV16/18 is high in patients with prostate cancer.The expression of HPV16/18 is associated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.
