摘要
目前甲状腺癌的主要治疗手段为手术切除,对于患者术后出现的诸多症状缺乏解决方案,中医药可有效缓解患者术后诸多不适症状。张广德教授擅长中医辨证治疗甲状腺疾病,认为甲状腺癌术后诸症基本病机为气滞与痰凝,随病情发展兼见血瘀,术后血络损伤、西医辅助治疗又多耗伤气阴,其病性多属虚实夹杂。根据甲状腺癌术后患者主要症状表现及术后状态,张教授将甲状腺癌术后诸症分为肝气郁结、气滞痰凝及气阴两虚进行治疗,同时注重调畅情志,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
The main treatment for thyroid cancer is surgical resection,and there is no solution for many symptoms of patients after surgery.Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve many symptoms of patients after surgery.Professor Zhang Guangde is good at treating thyroid diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.He believes that the basic pathogenesis of all symptoms after thyroid cancer is not separated from qi and sputum,and with the development of the disease,blood stasis is also seen.Surgery and western medicine adjuvant treatment also consume more qi and yin,which complicates the pathogenesis.According to the main symptoms and postoperative status of patients after thyroid cancer surgery,Professor Zhang divides the postoperative symptoms of thyroid cancer into liver-Qi stagnation,Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,Qi and Yin deficiency.At the same time,Professor Zhang also pays attention to smooth the emotions of patients.The effect of treatment is obvious and the quality of life of patients is improved.
