摘要
阿尔兹海默病是一种神经退行性疾病,随着年龄增长,患病率逐渐增加。近年因生活节奏加快、久坐等因素,发病年龄显著下调。根据阿尔兹海默病患者显著特征——葡萄糖水平下降,将运动作为改善这一指标的方法,探究运动改善阿尔兹海默病的作用机制。研究以运动调控脑葡萄糖代谢为主线,结合阿尔兹海默病出现葡萄糖代谢紊乱的发生机制,论述了运动调控葡萄糖转运体异常、增加胰岛素敏感性、恢复线粒体功能、减轻氧化应激引起的炎症反应与恢复神经信号通路等几方面的作用效果,提出了运动调控大脑葡萄糖代谢从而缓解阿尔兹海默病病理表现,运动干预葡萄糖代谢为治疗阿尔兹海默病提供新思路和治疗的可能性。
Alzheimer’s disease is a form of Neurodegeneration that increases with age and has been significantly reduced in recent years due to factors such as a faster pace of life and more sedentary lifestyles.The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism of exercise in improving Alzheimer’s disease(AD)by using exercise as a way to improve the glucose level,which is a significant characteristic of AD.To study the mechanism of glucose metabolism disorder in AD,the main thread of this study is the regulation of brain glucose metabolism by exercise,the effects of exercise on regulating glucose transporter abnormality,increasing insulin sensitivity,restoring mitochondrial function,reducing inflammatory reaction induced by oxidative stress and restoring neural signal pathway were discussed,it is suggested that exercise can modulate cerebral glucose metabolism and alleviate the pathological manifestations of Alzheimer’s disease,and exercise intervention on glucose metabolism may provide a new idea and possibility for treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
