摘要
有限理性理论决策模式认为,实际上在有限理性决策模式当中所具备的对于人类理性提出要求的那一种理性并不存在于现实生活当中,通常情况下而言,人类在做出决策行动时都是受到自身因素的限制以及外界因素的限制,因此,更为主张将最佳运用满意来代替。针对于人力资源管理工作来说,存在着属于自己的特点,在实际开展工作的过程中,应当给予有限理性理论充分重视,并在此基础上做到将有限理性理论科学、合理、有效地应用到人力资源管理工作中。
The theory of limited rationality theory is that the rationality which is required by human rationality in the limited rational decision-making mode does not exist in real life.Generally speaking,human beings are limited by their own factors and external factors when making decision-making actions.Therefore,the most important factor is to use satisfaction instead.In view of human resource management,there are its own characteristics.In the process of carrying out the work,we should give full attention to the theory of limited rationality,and on this basis,we should apply the theory of limited rationality to human resource management scientifically and effectively.
