摘要
本研究以‘大火炬凤梨’成熟植株为试验材料,使用乙炔气饱和水溶液为催花药剂,探索不同处理次数和处理时间对观赏凤梨开花的影响。结果表明:3、4、5次灌心处理和在8月16日、9月16日、10月16日灌心处理均可使‘大火炬凤梨’提前开花,成花率皆为100%,其中5次灌心处理和时间在8月16日的灌心处理对‘大火炬凤梨’的催花效果最为理想,花形饱满、花头直径、花头高度、花序高度、成花率等综合指标最佳,满足‘大火炬凤梨’特定时期开花以及观赏的需求。
In this study,the mature plants of Guzmania conifera were used as experimental materials.And we used saturated aqueous solution of acetylene gas as flowering-forcing agent to explore the effects of different treatment frequency and time on flowering of Guzmania conifera.The results showed that early flowering was induced and the flowering rate reached 100%when plants were treated by 3,4,and 5 times and in the treatments on August 16,September 16,and October 16.Five times of filling treatments and the one on August 16 had the best effect on the flowering forcing of the Guzmania conifera,with the best comprehensive indicators including full flower shape,flower head diameter,flower head height,inflorescence height,flowering rate and other indicators.These indicators meet the flowering and viewing needs of Guzmania conifer at specific times.
