摘要
以30%玄武岩纤维(BF),尼龙6(PA6)和滑石粉(Talc)为原料,通过熔融共混制备不同填充量Talc的三元复合材料。对Talc与复合材料进行表征,结果表明,随着Talc粒子含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当Talc填充量为10phr时,其力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为130.45MPa,弯曲强度为185.42MPa,冲击强度为17.55kJ/m2。
Using 30%basalt fiber(BF),nylon 6(PA6)and talc(Talc)as raw materials,ternary composite materials with different filling amounts of Talc were prepared by melt blending.Characterization of Talc and composite materials shows that with the increase of particle content,the mechanical properties of composite materials show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the filling amount of Talc is 10phr,the mechanical properties are the best,and the tensile strength is 130.45MPa,the bending strength is 185.42MPa,and the impact strength is 17.55kJ/m2.
