摘要
利用碳纤维导电性、高模量、高强度特点,配合阻燃剂改性PA6树脂,制备碳纤维/PA6复合材料。并将材料应用于煤矿井下用通风叶轮制品,以检验材料实际使用效果,开拓碳纤维应用范围。结果表明,在碳纤维质量分数20%下,配合溴系阻燃剂体系作用,复合材料具有较高的强度、高导电性和阻燃性能,能满足井下聚合物制品安全及使用性能要求。
Using carbon fiber with conductivity, high modulus and high strength, the flame retardant PA6 resin was modified, then carbon fiber/PA6 composite was prepared. It was used in coal mine ventilation impeller product in order to test the material's actual effect to extend the application of carbon fiber. The results showed that with the brominated flame retardant system, the composite material had high strength, high conductivity and flame retardant properties of less than 20% carbon fiber content; it can meet the safety and performance requirements in coal mine.
