摘要
构建了包含柔性生产机制和异质性生产环节的多层嵌套动态一般均衡模型,从柔性生产普及程度、扩展柔性化水平以及技术柔性化水平3个层面对现代柔性生产影响制造业智能化升级的机制和效果进行分析。结果表明:柔性生产普及程度与扩展柔性化水平的提升能够对制造业智能化升级形成持久的拉动效应,而技术柔性化水平的改善仅能在短期内形成对制造业智能化升级的促进作用,但在中长期则会显著地抑制制造业部门的智能化升级。且由于"机器学习"机制的存在,技术柔性化水平演进速率的提升将会弱化技术柔性化水平在短期内对制造业智能化升级的促进效果并缩短这一效果的存续期,而技术柔性化水平发展上限的提升则会在短期内带来完全相反的效果。
This paper constructs a multi-layer nested dynamic general equilibrium model including flexible production mechanism and heterogeneous production links,and analyzes the mechanism and effect of modern flexible production affecting the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry from three levels:the popularization of flexible production,the level of expanded flexibility and the level of technological flexibility.Results show that,the promotion of the popularization of flexible production and the level of expansion flexibility can form a lasting pull effect on the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry,while the improvement of technology flexibility level can only promote the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in the short term,and significantly inhibit the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing sector in the medium and long term.Due to the existence of″machine learning″,the promotion of technological flexibility level evolution rate will weaken the promotion effect of technology flexibility level on the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in the short term and shorten the duration of this effect,while the increase of the upper limit of technological flexibility level will bring opposite effect in a short time.
