摘要
随着2019全球新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,卫生法学的重要性日益凸显。当下,我国卫生法学学科的发展尚处于起步阶段,如何将这一跨领域的新兴学科建设好关乎我国未来卫生法学人才的培养,而卫生法专业人才的培养又直接影响着我国卫生领域的发展状况,其重要性不言而喻。以美国大学卫生法学学科为例,介绍该学科在美国的发展历程及发展现状,为我国的卫生法学学科建设提供一些域外经验。
The ongoing worldwide pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019 makes the health law subject increasingly significant.At present,the development of health law subject in China is just in the initial stage.It is important for China to develop and promote health law subject in universities,as it directly influences the future of health law professionals,who can bring this field more and more promising in China.This article will take the example of health law’s development in American universities,from which we can draw some valuable experience for the bright development of health law subject in China.
