植物染纤维用梳理针布的配套设计

摘要 研究植物染纤维性能与梳理针布配套设计问题。对本色棉和莫代尔进行了6种植物染染色,测试对比分析了植物染染色前后纤维的断裂强力、初始模量、质量比电阻、摩擦因数等。根据植物染染色后纤维性能的变化特点,设计了植物染纤维梳理的新型配套针布,并在实际生产中进行了应用试验,使植物染色纺纱梳理质量有了较大幅度的提高。认为:设计的植物染纤维梳理针布梳理性能优良,能满足植物染纤维的梳理需求,并对不同机型和不同原料具有较强的适应性和通用性。 Property of plant dyed fiber and matching design of card clothing were researched.Natural cotton and Modal were dyed with 6 kinds of plants,the breaking strength,initial modulus,mass specific resistance,friction coefficient and so on of the fiber before and after plant dyed were tested and compared.According to changing characteristics of fiber property after plant dyed,a new type of card clothing for plant dyeing fiber carding was designed and applied in practical production,which greatly improved quality of plant dyed yarn carding.It is considered that designed plant dyed fiber card clothing has good carding property,which can meet the carding demand of plant dyed fiber,has better strong adaptability and versatility to different machine types and different raw materials.
