摘要
重组分含量较高的油田伴生气经压缩机增压、换热器冷却后将产生大量液烃,这部分液烃如果不进行回收,不仅造成油气损耗,还将导致伴生气放空火炬燃烧冒黑烟污染环境的问题。如果对伴生气液烃进行回收可以降低油气损耗,减少经济损失和环境污染,还可降低伴生气烃露点,利于管输。目前海上油田伴生气回收主要有压缩冷却和简化的浅冷工艺两种方法。渤海某新建油田为避免出现火炬冒黑烟污染环境的风险,同时减少油气损耗、提高经济收益,在设计阶段增加伴生气液烃回收流程,以回收伴生气压缩冷却之后产生的液烃。本文详细描述了该油田伴生气液烃回收的5个设计比选方案及最终方案的优化过程。通过跟踪该油田投产运行情况可知,伴生气流程运行稳定,没有出现火炬冒黑烟现象,回收的液烃25年累积收益预计超过1.99亿元人民币,设置伴生气液烃回收流程意义显著。
A large amount of liquid hydrocarbon is produced from the associated gas with high content of heavy components after compressor pressurization and heat exchanger cooling.If this part of liquid hydrocarbon is not recovered,it will result in not only oil and gas loss,but also the pollution of environment caused by black smoke from the combustion of associated gas flare.If the liquid hydrocarbon is recovered from the asso-ciated gas,the oil and gas loss,economic loss and environmental pollution can be reduced.The hydrocarbon dew point of associated gas can be dropped as well,which is conducive to pipeline transportation.At present,there are mainly two methods for the recovery of associated gas in offshore oilfields: compression cooling and simplified shallow condensing process.In order to avoid the risk of environmental pollution caused by black smoke from flare and reduce oil and gas loss and improve economic benefits,a liquid hydrocarbon recovery process of the associated gas is designed to recover the liquid hydrocarbon generated after compression cool-ing of the associated gas.This paper describes comparison and optimization process of five design schemes of the liquid hydrocarbon recovery in this oilfield in detail.Tracking the operation of the oilfield shows that the associated gas process runs stably without black smoke from the flare.The cumulative income of the recovered liquid hydrocarbon in 25 years is expected to exceed 199 million yuan,so it is significant to set up liquid hydrocarbon recovery process for the associated gas.
