摘要
通过采用微合金化技术、纯净钢冶炼技术和镀锌、稳定化处理工艺等技术,研制开发了1×7-15.2 mm-2100 MPa级热镀锌预应力钢绞线。抗拉强度≥2100 MPa;最大力伸长率≥4.5%;单丝面缩率≥25%;轴向疲劳试验施加385 MPa周期载荷,200万次不断丝。符合桥梁领域对结构件高耐腐蚀性能和高耐疲劳性能的要求。
The 1×7-15.2 mm hot dip galvanized prestressed steel strand was developed by using microalloying technology,pure steel smelting technology,galvanizing and stabilizing treatment technology.Tensile strength is no less than 2100 MPa;Maximum force elongation is no less than 4.5%;Surface shrinkage of monofilament is no less than 25%.In axial fatigue test,wire does not break after 385 MPa cyclic load was applied and 2 million times of continuous wire tension was applied.It meets the requirements of high corrosion resistance and high fatigue resistance of structural parts in bridge field.
