线上教学模式在牙周病学本科教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨线上教学在牙周病学教学中的应用及初步效果评价,以期为牙周病学教学的线上化改革提供参考。方法:选择安徽医科大学2017级口腔医学专业的64名本科生进行牙周病学线上教学,并对教学效果进行相关问卷调查,对问题结果进行描述性分析。结果:线上教学过程网络畅通,96.8%的学生按时全程参与了线上教学;仅1.6%的学生认为线上教学在激发学习的积极性和主动性方面效果较差;66.1%的学生认为线上教学提高了自身的学习兴趣;54.8%的学生认为线上教学让其更易掌握理论知识;61.3%的学生认为线上教学取得了实体课堂教学的效果;62.9%的学生希望在未来的学习中继续开展线上教学;85.5%的学生更喜欢面对面课堂教学;66.1%的学生认为一次线上教学合理时长应小于60分钟,对目前线上教学的总体评分平均为82.7±9.8分,并反馈了线上教学存在的问题和不足。结论:线上教学模式在牙周病学本科教学中取得了良好的教学效果,但也有缺陷和不足。 Objective:The application of online teaching in the periodontology course is discussed and the efficiency is evaluated in this article for the reference of the transformation of periodontology teaching.Methods:A total of 64 undergraduate stomatology students(class of 2022)from Anhui Medical University took the online periodontology course and filled out a questionnaire about the online course.The results were analyzed descriptively.Results:According to the feedbacks from the students,the network connection was always fast.96.8%of the students took the entire online teaching on time.Only 1.6%of the students had a negative view about the online teaching in inciting students’activeness.66.1%of the students thought they were more interested in the periodontology course in the online form.54.8%of students thought it was easier to learn the theoretical knowledge,and 61.3%of them thought the online teaching had an equal efficiency to the normal teaching method.While 85.5%of the students preferred normal face-to-face teaching,62.9%of them also agreed that the attempt of online teaching should continue in future.66.1%of the students thought the rational duration of each online lesson should not exceed 60 minutes.The students scored the online teaching and the average score was 82.7±9.8.The feedbacks about the problems and defects of online teaching were also recorded.Conclusion:The online teaching mode has proved its advantages in the undergraduate periodontology course despite of some defects.
