摘要
目的研究不同运动对二甲双胍干预的db/db小鼠血糖、血脂代谢、骨骼肌炎性因子的影响。方法将24只6~8周龄db/db雄性小鼠随机分为对照组(C,n=8)、抗阻组(P,n=8)和有氧组(O,n=8)。经过8周运动干预后,每周监测小鼠血糖。酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,Western Blot法检测骨骼肌中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果训练后,P组、O组血糖均降低,O组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,P组、O组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,P组、O组骨骼肌中IL-6水平高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动结合二甲双胍对降低血糖、改善血脂代谢及缓解骨骼肌炎症的疗效均优于抗阻结合二甲双胍。
Objective To study the effects of different exercises on blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors of skeletal muscle in db/db mice interfered with metformin.Methods Twenty-four db/db male mice aged 6-8 weeks were randomly divided into control group(C,n=8),resistance group(P,n=8)and aerobic group(O,n=8).After 8 weeks of exercise intervention,the mice's blood glucose was monitored weekly.ELISA method was used to detect the content of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the serum of mice,and the content of TNF-αand IL-6 in skeletal muscle was detected by Western Blot method.Results After training,the blood sugar of group P and O decreased,and group O was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after training,group P and O had excellent levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after training,the levels of IL-6 in the skeletal muscle of group P and O were higher than those of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of aerobic exercise combined with metformin on lowering blood sugar,improving blood lipid metabolism and alleviating skeletal muscle inflammation are better than those of resistance combined with metformin.
