摘要
现有的焊点检测方法信息传输时效性不足,且鲁棒性无法满足产品生产条件,为此,以物联网通信为技术支持设计激光焊点检测系统。系统硬件部分利用LDR-32系列LED环形灯作为照明设备,选用moritex远心镜头、CS8316i型号摄像头的CCD相机以及picolo pro2型号图像采集卡进行图像采集。软件部分通过工控机传感信息感知层、网络传输层以及信息融合输出层组建物联网通信平台。实验结果证明,所设计系统的激光焊点检测正确率平均为95.02%,误检率平均为1.28%,漏检率平均为1.15%,检测600个焊点耗时为57 s,当数据维数达到30维时,所设计系统的平均检测率能够达到97.5%,可满足产品生产需求。
The existing solder joint detection methods have insufficient information transmission timeliness,and the robustness cannot meet the production conditions of the product.For this reason,a laser solder joint detection sys-tem is designed with the technical support of the Internet of Things communication.The hardware part of the system u-ses LDR-32 series LED ring lights as lighting equipment,and selects moritex telecentric lens,CCD camera of CS8316i camera and picolo pro2 image capture card for image acquisition.The software part builds the Internet of Things communication platform through the industrial computer sensor information perception layer,network transmis-sion layer and information fusion output layer.The experimental results show that the laser solder joint detection accura-cy rate of the designed system is 95.02%on average,the false detection rate is 1.28%on average,and the missed de-tection rate is 1.15%on average.It takes 57s to detect 600 solder joints.When the data dimension reaches at 30 di-mensions,the average detection rate of the designed system can reach 97.5%,which can meet product production re-quirements.
