摘要
镜头内部光学元件存在气泡、杂质和划痕等疵病,会严重影响安防镜头光学系统的成像性能。提出了一种新型安防镜头内部镜片疵病的检测方法。在暗场环境下,分别利用背光灯和环形灯对待测镜头进行照射,再使用物方远心镜头成像到高分辨率CMOS探测器,正面拍摄获取待测镜头的疵病图像。测试结果表明,该系统测量安防镜头疵病准确率为98%,对于工业安防镜头的自动化检测及光学仪器的检测具有一定的指导作用。
Bubbles,impurities,scratches and other defects in the inner optical elements of the lens will seriously affect the imaging performance of the optical system of the security lens. A new method for detecting lens defects in security lens is presented in this paper. In the dark environment,backlight and ring light are used to strike the test lens respectively,and then the object square telephoto lens is used to image the high-resolution CMOS detector to take the head-on defect images of the lens to be tested. The results of the test show that the accuracy of the system is up to 90%,and it has a certain guiding role in the research on the automatic detection of industrial security lenses and the detection of optical instruments.
